They don’t.
The real issue is this:
You’re making decisions without clarity on what’s actually limiting your growth.
So you keep doing more—
instead of fixing what actually matters.
Most 6-figure founders think their problem is traffic, content, or conversion.
It’s not.
The real issue is this:
You’re making decisions without clarity on what’s actually limiting your growth.
So you keep doing more…
Instead of fixing what matters.

From Activity → Constraint
Stop asking:
“What should I do next?”
Start asking:
“What is actually limiting growth right now?”
Every business has ONE primary constraint.
If you’re not solving that, everything else is noise.

From Tactics → Decisions
Most founders focus on tactics:
ads, funnels, content, offers.
But scaling isn’t about tactics.
It’s about making better decisions:
- "What to prioritize"
- "What to ignore"
- "Where to focus resources"
Bad decisions = wasted effort
Good decisions = leverage

From More → Better
More content won’t fix unclear positioning.
More leads won’t fix a weak offer.
More effort won’t fix poor direction.
Growth doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from doing the right things, at the right time, for the right reason.
If you’re stuck, it’s usually one of these:
You don’t know your real bottleneck
You’re switching strategies too often
You’re making decisions based on guesses, not clarity
You’re busy—but not moving forward
If even one of these hits… you don’t have an execution problem.
You have a clarity problem.
They look for better tactics.
But what they actually need is better thinking.
Because once the thinking is right— execution becomes obvious.

Working with Rey Martinez
was exactly what I needed.
The program kept me focused, consistent, and actually
taking action on the goals
I’d been putting off. Rey’s and
the team's guidance is
clear, supportive, and
genuinely motivating. I left
the program feeling inspired, more disciplined, and
with real progress to
show for it. Highly recommend
to anyone who needs
structure, encouragement,
and a push toward their
next level.

This cohort organized
and facilitated by Ocean Edge gave me the opportunity
to share my challenges and successes as a business
owner in an open way.
The ocean Edge team
set up an atmosphere of psychological safety
that made the experience pleasant and productive.
I came away with a couple
of action plans that
will change the
trajectory of my business in a positive way. I strongly recommend talking to Rey about their cohorts.

Joining Rey’s mastermind group this year was a meaningful experience! I met people I never would have otherwise, and over the weeks we spent together, we really got deep into each other’s businesses in a way that was both encouraging and eye-opening.
Rey gave structure each week to help us identify areas where we wanted group accountability, and then he circled back to make sure we stayed on track. Each session had a mix of group discussion, self-reflection with specific exercises he had us do, and honest speaking into each other’s lives.
